Tuition Payments

Robots and Mud Pies Preschool uses Brightwheel as a tool for classroom management, communication, photos, videos, online bill pay, and much more. When you enroll your child, we will send you an email with information about how to create a parent account and how to use this account to pay tuition directly from your bank account or credit card. This is our preferred method for receiving tuition and other payments. AND you can set up your account to pay tuition with auto-pay so you won't forget to pay or have to pay late payment fees. If you prefer not to use the Brightwheel App to pay tuition, we do accept checks, money orders, bill pay through your bank and cash. If you have questions about payments, please message Barbie on the Brightwheel, with an Admin Message.

Receipts for tuition will be emailed to the email address on file. If you pay by credit card, the email will arrive quickly. If you pay through your bank account, the receipt email might take 5-7 days. If you need to see a full history of all payments made in a given timeframe, you can pull a payment summary report for the desired date range on the web version of Brightwheel. You can also view and print any desired invoices as needed. The specific steps for this may change if Brightwheel does updates. You may need to search their help section if the steps for finding the payment summary is not apparent.
